Auditbly scans public websites to assess accessibility, SEO, and performance. We do not access or store private or password-protected data.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Auditbly does not store or handle billing details.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not scan websites without authorization.
• Do not attempt to overload or disrupt our systems.
• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and reports belong to Auditbly B.V. You may use generated reports personally or within your organization but may not resell or redistribute them.

7. Service Availability

We aim for continuous uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auditbly B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, as permitted under Dutch law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts violating these Terms. You may terminate your account anytime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
